My name is Redhia Hunter. I’m a writer and former educator, who is working on a book of essays involving my experiences of birth by c-sections to my two sons and the death of my youngest son at the age of two, divorce, and remarriage. English is my second language. I am also studying new media, and I am very interested in how women use the internet particularly in regards to grassroots activism, networks, and support. I am fascinated by how women interact on listservs, for example. I will write about all of these topics here.
